Mid-Level Programmer Analyst

Hybrid Mid-Level Programmer Analyst sought to design, develop, and test manufacturing IT systems for Boeing’s Defense Space & Security PES team. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and executing test plans to ensure reliability and performance of manufacturing and quality IT systems; developing and maintaining software applications to enhance manufacturing operations, ensure quality assurance, and support IT standards compliance; collaborating with end users to gather and refine system requirements; enhancing and upgrading applications to improve functionality and performance; investigating and resolving system issues and providing training materials; and providing rotating on-call support for availability and stability of manufacturing applications. Required skills include 3+ years in backend development (Java, Spring, Oracle SQL, SQL Server), Java web full stack development, ORM with Hibernate, experience with Oracle tools, GitLab/Azure DevOps and CI/CD, and Agile/SAFe methodologies. U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance are required. Relocation assistance is not provided; hybrid work involves in-facility presence three times per week.
