Job Summary
Design and execute test cases across multiple product lines, validating REST APIs, webhooks, asynchronous flows, and end-to-end distributed services. Write SQL queries to verify backend data integrity and test business logic for wallets, lending, and reporting calculations. Contribute to automated test suites and CI/CD integration while identifying edge cases and ambiguous requirements early. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Support to ensure stable, release-ready systems. This mid-level role requires 3–5 years of QA experience with strong API and SQL skills, situated within CredPal's distributed financial infrastructure supporting credit, wallets, and payments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of QA experience
- Strong API testing experience
- Solid SQL skills (you're comfortable querying production-like data)
- Experience with automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, REST Assured, etc.)
- Familiarity with distributed systems and integration testing
- Experience working in Agile environments
Desired Qualifications
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, transactional systems, wallets, lending, or event-driven architectures.
