Job Summary
Access panels, apply glue-pulling techniques, and repair smaller dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels using state-of-the-art tools in high-tech Inspection Centers. Perform this work in a fast-paced production environment while operating vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently. Maintain safety compliance with protective gear such as face shields, goggles, and non-slip shoes. This role requires mandatory overtime based on business needs to ensure vehicles are delivered when expected. Required Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience
- experience accessing panels
- use glue-pulling techniques
- repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- possess a valid driver's license
- subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
