Job Summary
Access panels and repair smaller dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels using glue-pulling techniques in high-tech Inspection Centers. Operate vehicle equipment and tools while adhering to safety protocols including face shields, goggles, and non-slip footwear. Lift up to 60 pounds independently and work in a fast-paced production environment with potential exposure to extreme weather. Perform mandatory overtime as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience
- experience accessing panels
- use glue-pulling techniques
- repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- possess a valid driver's license
- Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
- able to work mandatory overtime based on our business needs
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
