Job Summary
Access panels, apply glue-pulling techniques, and repair smaller dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels using state-of-the-art tools in high-tech Inspection Centers. Perform work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while operating vehicle equipment and tools, with the ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently. Some positions may require exposure to excessive weather conditions and use of safety equipment including face shields, goggles, and gloves. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs to ensure vehicles are delivered when expected.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience
- experience accessing panels
- use glue-pulling techniques
- repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- possess a valid driver's license
- Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
- able to work mandatory overtime based on our business needs
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
