Job Summary
Develop program schedules and manufacturing plans for the F-15 Manufacturing Integration team while coordinating with affected organizations to ensure product delivery. Identify long lead parts, special tooling, and technology changes, then analyze data to drive project and process decisions. Support business unit operating plans by evaluating production rates and development initiatives, while participating in cross-functional teams to address producibility issues. Prepare proposals for new business development and manage feasibility, constraints, and risks. Work variable shifts as assigned, with up to 10% travel time.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience with process improvement and LEAN manufacturing methodologies
- 3+ years' experience developing and analyzing large quantities of data using Excel
- 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
- 1+ year of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work any shift based on needs of the operation
- Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
- Must meet export control compliance requirements
- Must be a 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- Must be able to work any shift as assigned
- Subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Previous experience with the F-15 program
- Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
- Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement
