Job Summary
Mid-level Interior Designer with a focus on leading programming, space planning, layout and furnishings coordination; develops innovative design concepts within client goals and budgets; conducts design phases including contracts, budgeting, scheduling, design development, documentation, specifications and construction administration; maintains strong client relationships and coordinates with vendors, consultants, and jurisdictional authorities; utilizes Deltek Vision for project management; supports sustainable design through Integrated Design solutions; travels as required and contributes to team mentorship and business development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design or foreign equivalent
- NCIDQ certification or licensed Architect with current license
- LEED credential required within 12 months of employment
- 5+ years interior design experience in a design/architecture/engineering/planning firm
- Travel will be required
- Overtime will be required
