Job Summary
Collaborate with internal SMEs and stakeholders to design blended learning programs for adult professionals, applying andragogy and evidence-based instructional design. Design and curate blended learning solutions using formats such as eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training sessions, and on-the-job activities. Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across delivery modes. Leverage generative AI tools, including designing and deploying custom GPTs, to support learning. Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to ensure timely execution of learning initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Has a background in instructional design and AI implementation
- Understands the capabilities and limitations of LLMs (like GPT-4)
- Can prototype and configure custom GPTs and similar AI tools for learning solutions
- Is detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Loves solving problems creatively and making learning experiences smarter and more engaging
