Job Summary
Mid-Level Instructional Designer to craft blended learning experiences that combine digital and human interaction. Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to design modern programs for adult professionals, leveraging evidence-based instructional design and AI technologies. Design and curate blended learning using formats such as eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training sessions, and on-the-job activities; ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across delivery modes. Leverage generative AI tools, including designing and deploying custom GPTs, to support learning. Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to ensure timely execution of learning initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Background in instructional design
- Experience with AI implementation
- Understanding of LLM capabilities (e.g., GPT-4)
- Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs
- Strong attention to detail
- Innovative mindset
- Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environment
- Experience designing blended learning solutions
- Familiarity with adult learning principles (andragogy)
