Job Summary
Design and deliver engaging blended learning programs for adult professionals by leveraging AI-enabled instructional design. Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to create self-paced, asynchronous e-learning experiences enhanced with generative AI tools, including custom GPT deployments. Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across formats (eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training, and on-the-job activities) while managing timelines and resources in a fast-paced environment. Must apply evidence-based design and andragogy principles to drive business-focused learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Background in instructional design and AI implementation
- Understanding of LLM capabilities (e.g., GPT-4)
- Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs for learning solutions
- Detail-oriented, innovative, and able to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Experience designing blended learning programs (eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training, on-the-job activities)
- Ability to ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across delivery modes
- Familiarity with andragogy and evidence-based instructional design principles
- Strong collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders
- Project management skills for timelines, resources, and communication workflows
