Mid-Level Instructional Designer (Contract, Remote)

Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and key stakeholders to design and deliver effective blended learning programs that align with business goals. Apply principles of andragogy and evidence-based instructional design to create engaging, learner-centric experiences for adult professionals. Design and curate blended learning solutions using a mix of formats including eLearning, self-paced modules, and virtual training sessions. Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across delivery modes while leveraging generative AI tools, including designing and deploying custom GPTs, to support learning. Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to ensure the timely and organized execution of learning initiatives. Partner with SMEs to craft innovative, story-driven e-learning experiences that combine digital and human interaction.
