Job Summary
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and deliver effective blended learning programs that align with business goals. Apply principles of andragogy and evidence-based instructional design to create engaging, learner-centric experiences for adult professionals. Design and curate solutions using eLearning, self-paced modules, and virtual training sessions while leveraging generative AI tools, including custom GPTs, to support learning. Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across delivery modes. Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to ensure timely execution. Partner with the INFUSE team to craft innovative, story-driven e-learning experiences that fuel real business results for global clients.
Required Qualifications
- Has a background in instructional design and AI implementation
- Understands the capabilities and limitations of LLMs (like GPT-4)
- Can prototype and configure custom GPTs and similar AI tools for learning solutions
- Is detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Loves solving problems creatively and making learning experiences smarter and more engaging
