Mid-Level Instructional Designer (Contract, Remote)

Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and deliver effective blended learning programs that align with business goals. Apply principles of andragogy and evidence-based instructional design to create engaging, learner-centric experiences for adult professionals using a mix of formats including eLearning, self-paced modules, and virtual training sessions. Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across delivery modes while leveraging generative AI tools, such as custom GPTs, to support learning initiatives. Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to ensure timely execution. This role supports INFUSE Academy's mission to drive internal and external online education with story-driven, innovative e-learning experiences that fuel real business results for clients across 60 countries.
