Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist

Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist responsible for managing the personnel security lifecycle, including initiating and tracking background investigations, reviewing adjudication findings, and recommending granting or revoking physical and logical access. Performs internal security controls, compliance assessments, incident coordination, and vulnerability management; conducts administrative inquiries; protects government, intellectual, third-party, and company information through a comprehensive Operational Security program; conducts personnel security processes to assist in obtaining customer/program security clearances/accesses; conducts security awareness training; performs physical security duties within Boeing facilities; manages subcontractor security requirements and site visits; ensures compliance with NISPOM, DoD SCI, SAP, and related government and company regulations; engages with program personnel and government partners to maintain secure operations. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or higher and experience in Physical Security and defense/aerospace environments, with strong relationship-building across all levels of employees. Language and export-control compliance are noted as part of the role, including the requirement for a U.S. Person for compliance.
