Job Summary
Mid-Level Human Resources Business Partner based in El Segundo, CA, operating on the floor to enable real-time HR engagement and solutions. Provide consultation and coaching to employees at all levels, partner with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR initiatives, and support key HR processes such as performance support, employee movement, and leadership coaching. Leverage HR metrics and data to drive solutions, and help align HR strategies with business outcomes to deliver an exceptional employee experience and drive organizational value.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
- 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
- 3+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders
- 3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
