Job Summary
Conduct high-volume donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship for a portfolio of 450-600 mid-level donors ($1,000-$5,000 annually) primarily through phone calls. Make an average of 25 calls daily to achieve 15 meaningful conversations weekly, implementing timely gift-ask opportunities and tracking activity in the donor database. Manage relationships with new and current prospects to identify major gift candidates, including reactivating lapsed donors and securing table hosts for the annual Catalyst Gala. Represent the Mission verbally and in writing to articulate programming and vision during one-on-one meetings and small group discussions. Meet annual revenue goals, maintain accurate records using Excel, and assist with general donor relations inquiries. Work hybrid 3 days in-office, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience or combination of education and experience
- Must be able to pass a 4-panel drug screen
- Subject to pre-employment, criminal background check
