Job Summary
Release features on the product roadmap with full ownership of testing and reliability. Gain a holistic understanding of the company stack, infrastructure, internal development requirements, and customer-facing features while collaborating with engineering, sales, and larger customers to assist with onboarding. Leverage experience in JavaScript (Node.js), Python, and the frontend stack including React, Vue, Jest, and Cypress to drive development. Two-plus years of industry experience is required, with additional value from AWS/GCP/Azure, Rust, WebRTC, or DevOps knowledge involving Nomad, Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux networking.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the industry
- Experience working in an engineering team and engaging with clients
- Experience with JavaScript (Node.js) and testing frameworks, as well as Python
- Experience in the usual frontend stack; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, a reactive framework like Vue or React and frontend testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress
Desired Qualifications
- A University degree is not needed, but would be ideal
- An added extra if you have experience with AWS (or GCP / Azure)
- An added extra if you have experience with Rust or WebRTC
- An added extra if you have devops knowledge - Nomad (or Kubernetes) and Docker, as well as knowledge of standard Linux networking and shell scripting
