Job Summary
The role is designed for a mid-level architect or engineer to serve as a key link between junior and senior team members. Responsibilities include acting as a seller-doer, evaluating building enclosure systems, performing forensic assessments, preparing project deliverables, overseeing project logistics, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, relevant experience, and interpersonal skills to promote collaboration and business development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Building Science, or related field
- Pursuing or have achieved RA or PE
- Five (5) plus years of similar experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in engineering, architecture, or consulting firm
- Seller-doer experience or eagerness to learn
- Excellent technical, written, graphical and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication, report writing and customer relations skills
- Ability to adapt to new challenges and learn new concepts
- Desire for continuous learning
- Ability to work efficiently and organized both independently and with a team
Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends on an as-needed basis
- Willingness to travel to cover out-of-town overnight projects
- A valid driver’s license (good driving record) is required
