Job Summary
Maintain and scale declarative Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions via Terraform across complex, large-scale codebases while prioritizing reusable module design and drift prevention. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Kubernetes clusters using GitOps practices (ArgoCD) to ensure zero manual intervention in the deployment pipeline. Drive technical incidents to resolution with high autonomy, performing deep root-cause analysis and utilizing automated monitoring frameworks to maintain system health. Enforce rigorous quality standards on all infrastructure code and author comprehensive technical documentation for architectures and automation processes. Support the automated provisioning of Data and AI workloads, including GPU-enabled Kubernetes nodes, and programmatically configure enterprise platforms like Bitbucket Cloud and SonarQube. Contribute to long-term strategic migrations from Azure to Google Cloud Platform and from Argo Workflows to Azure DevOps pipelines.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field
- 3–5 years of equivalent commercial experience in a SysAdmin/DevOps discipline
- 3–5 years of commercial experience working as a DevOps Engineer
- Experience working in highly automated, multi-contributor enterprise environments
- Solid understanding of event-driven automation workflows
- Extensive hands-on experience running Kubernetes workloads using GitOps tools
- Proven experience handling Terraform inside large repositories
- Clean state management experience with Terraform
- Writing modular, linted, reusable code experience
- 2+ years of administrative experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with running code quality automation tools (like SonarQube)
- Strong proficiency in Docker (creating secure, unprivileged, size-optimized containers)
- Highly resolutive problem-solver mindset
