Job Summary
Analyze collected data to transform it into meaningful reports and visualizations for stakeholders. Design, develop, and maintain databases and data management systems while building Microsoft Power Apps solutions to support business operations. Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Automate workflows to automate business processes, and create dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and other enterprise data sources. Administer SharePoint sites, document libraries, and permissions, providing technical support and troubleshooting for users. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and assist in drafting policies that align with organizational objectives. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with established standards while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on development experience using the Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience designing and developing Microsoft Power Apps solutions
- Experience developing Microsoft Power Automate workflows
- Hands-on experience integrating Power Apps and Power Automate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and other enterprise data sources
- Proven experience with data analytics, data mining, evaluation, reporting, and visualization
- Strong SQL and Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to successfully complete and maintain a Government Background Investigation (BI)

- Previous experience supporting a federal government environment
- Previous experience designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint environments
- Experience supporting enterprise business process automation initiatives
