Job Summary
Mid-Level Contract Litigation Paralegal to support plaintiff-side litigation through all stages of the lifecycle, including drafting discovery, filing support, document organization, and trial preparation. Responsibilities include drafting discovery requests and responses, preparing complaints, conducting factual investigations, managing case files and litigation databases, coordinating court filings and service of process, legal research, and maintaining case calendars. Requires 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, familiarity with U.S. civil litigation procedures, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and legal case management systems. Role may be performed remotely, including from Pune, India, with prior experience supporting U.S. legal teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience supporting U.S. civil litigation matters
- Familiarity with state and federal court procedures
- Experience drafting discovery documents and litigation correspondence
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
