Job Summary
Mid-Level Conference Room Support Specialist providing IT, AV, and VTC support to executive clients in Berkeley, MO. Responsibilities include premium IT support for executives, end-to-end VTC setup and troubleshooting, incident escalation, preventive maintenance on AV/VTC equipment, training and quick reference guides, and collaboration with internal/external partners to implement integrated technologies. Requires hands-on experience with AV/VTC hardware, Windows and Linux administration, security patching, and the ability to obtain SAP access. Strong customer relations, ability to work flexible hours, and potential relocation consideration are noted. Required Qualifications
- Active Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 3+ years of AV and VTC experience
- 3+ years of Windows and Linux system administration
- 3+ years of computing in isolated environments
- 3+ years of hardware/software troubleshooting
- Willing to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience (preferred)
- 3+ years IT environment team lead experience (preferred)
- Experience with Windows Server/Desktops (Server 2003-2016, Windows 7/10) (preferred)
- Conflict of Interest assessment pass
