Job Summary

Mid-Level Communication and Marketing Analyst responsible for translating strategic concepts into consistent, scalable visual assets and supporting demand generation, sales enablement, and brand positioning. Develop content and visual narratives for presentations, case studies, social media, digital campaigns, email nurturing, events, and sales materials. Ensure brand consistency across global markets, collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Sales, and Customer Success, and organize asset libraries and templates. Proficient in Adobe CC with a focus on creating impactful B2B marketing content and staying aligned with technical topics such as integration, automation, and no-code app creation.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, Social Communication, or related fields
  • Experience with B2B marketing in SaaS/integration/automation domains
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience creating materials for sales enablement and demand generation
  • Ability to structure complex presentations and materials with strong information architecture
  • Experience with multi-channel campaign rollout and global guidelines
  • Strong written and spoken English; cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Ability to manage high volumes of deliverables and work with cross-functional teams

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong command of visual design applied to corporate marketing and communication
  • Experience in creating materials focused on Sales enablement and Demand generation (performance marketing)
  • B2B events and activations
  • Experience in content and design for B2B technology (SaaS, integration, iPaaS, APIs, automation)
  • Proven ability to develop content, not just layouts (information architecture and narrative organization)
  • Knowledge of multi-channel campaign rollouts
  • Advanced experience with Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience working within global guidelines and managing high volumes of deliverables
  • Experience with file preparation/finalization for digital and print media
  • Familiarity with technology topics (integration, automation, digital transformation)
  • Advanced English for collaboration with global teams
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace)
  • Knowledge of copywriting and B2B marketing content (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of motion design and video editing (nice to have)
  • Experience in global and multicultural environments (nice to have)
  • Soft skills: organization, cross-functional collaboration, proactive, autonomous, responsible, speed/quality balance
