Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including air handlers and rooftop units. Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues to determine optimal solutions, while conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure peak efficiency. Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals, then respond to service calls and emergency requests in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of all service work, including repairs, parts used, and service history. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commercial HVAC service technician
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls

- Customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift equipment and work in various temperatures and environments
