Job Summary
Manage public offerings, private placements of equity and debt securities, and Exchange Act reporting including periodic reports, proxies, and governance support. Coordinate with specialists across finance, tax, and restructuring as transactions require. Represent clients across offerings while drafting documents and running points with bankers and in-house teams. This senior associate seat offers leadership opportunities within a high-yield practice featuring convertible and other debt offerings, with active issuer and investor-side exposure across Dallas, Houston, and New York City.
Required Qualifications
- 5–6 years of capital markets experience at a peer firm
- Reps across offerings plus day-to-day '34 Act reporting and governance work
- Strong drafting instincts
- Ability to run point with bankers and in-house teams
- Bar admission in the state where you plan to sit
- Bar admission in good standing
