Mid-Level Business Litigation Associate

Draft and respond to complaints, manage discovery, handle motion practice, conduct trial work, and prepare appellate briefings for complex commercial, class action, and financial restructuring matters. Advise clients on regulatory and compliance issues when business resolutions fail. This in-office role requires 4–7 years of litigation experience, strong writing and courtroom skills, and academic credentials consistent with large-firm training.
