Job Summary
Match and mix paint colors, then apply water-based paint to vehicles inside our high-tech paint booths. Use state-of-the-art tools to ensure every car meets our strict quality standards before reaching customers. This role requires at least three years of professional automotive painting experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with mandatory overtime. You must be able to physically operate equipment, lift up to 60 pounds, and wear safety gear including face shields and gloves. Required Qualifications
- 3 years of professional automotive painting experience
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Ability to work in excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
