Mid-Level Arborist

Maintain accurate daily records of site activities, tree health, and condition assessments while reviewing reports from inspection personnel and ensuring data integrity within the city's ForMS program. Represent Arcadis and client agencies in meetings and site visits to foster positive relationships with residents, contractors, and City agencies, acting as an ambassador for the urban forest. Monitor contractor compliance with technical requirements, safety standards, and project specifications, escalating issues as necessary and providing technical guidance to junior staff and inspection teams. Administer and enforce Health & Safety procedures, proactively identifying and mitigating site hazards. Participate in field meetings to discuss project progress, scheduling, and outstanding work, and support program operations through administrative tasks including documentation and coordination. This role involves working full-time with overtime as needed, with a personal vehicle strongly encouraged.
