Job Summary
Conduct antitrust litigation in federal and state courts, including class actions and competitor suits, while managing government investigations and agency advocacy before the DOJ and FTC. Provide counseling on pricing, distribution, joint ventures, and other day-to-day competition issues, and support merger HSR analysis and Second Requests for strategic transactions. Draft motions, briefs, and substantive memos for partners, leveraging experience in technology and digital markets. Manage discovery and coordinate with economists, communicating directly with clients across offices in Seattle, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Chicago, and Washington DC. Join a Chambers-ranked practice with former DOJ and FTC lawyers, supported by a Mid-Level Associate Academy and formal mentoring program.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of antitrust experience
- Background at an AmLaw 100 firm or in the Antitrust Division of the DOJ or the FTC
- Strong research and writing skills
- Solid grounding in federal and state antitrust and unfair competition laws
- J.D. from a top law school
- Admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction in which you sit, or willing to become admitted
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a mix of litigation and counseling

- Comfortable managing discovery
