Job Summary
Researches unclassified and classified databases for written products. Monitors and analyzes strategic and operational intelligence information, providing research support for analysts producing Intelligence Community reports and briefings. Offers threat assessments to support U.S. commanders and civilian intelligence community leaders. Requires proficiency in intelligence-related automation, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to collaborate with subcontractors and government personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- Four years of direct relevant experience
- Four years analytical experience at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies
- Current TS/SCI clearance within the last five years or Open Periodic Reinvestigation or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation
- Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence related automation
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
- Ability to operate as a member of an analytical team
- Briefing skills
- CI/HUMINT Analytical experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Operational experience in either Afghanistan or Iraq
- Familiar with SWA regional issues and cultures
