Job Summary
Mid-Level ABA Therapy Program Manager responsible for caregiver training, behavioral skills training, treatment planning/modifications, and skills assessments. The role supervises BTs and RBTs, collaborates with BCBAs across telehealth, home, community, school, clinic, and social skills groups, and oversees supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification. The position offers 35-40 hours per week (full-time) with 25–50% telehealth and flexible work locations; benefits include medical/dental/vision plans, accrued vacation and holidays, paid mileage, and field supervision. Candidates are expected to be a current master’s student or recent graduate in ABA or a related field (BCaBA encouraged), with CA driver’s license, TB/background checks, immunizations, and CA LiveScan completed, and availability Monday–Friday. RBT credential and supervision are included as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Current master’s student or recent graduate in ABA or closely related field (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years related RBT experience considered
- BCaBAs encouraged to apply
- Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Cleared TB test and background screening
- Up-to-date immunizations
- Completion of CA LiveScan and background check
- Generally available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM (master’s coursework accommodated with verification)
- RBT credential and field supervision included
- Fieldwork supervision by a BCBA
- 25–50% telehealth — flexible work locations
