Job Summary
Mid-Level ABA Therapy Program Manager responsible for caregiver training and behavioral skills training, treatment planning/modifications, and behavior analytic report writing. Supervises BTs and RBTs, collaborates with BCBAs across telehealth, home, school, clinic, and community settings. Unrestricted hours are paid and go towards supervised fieldwork. RBT credential and field supervision included; fieldwork supervision by a BCBA. 25–50% telehealth; mileage and drive time reimbursed. Medical insurance contribution and dental/vision plans available. Accrued vacation, sick time and paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Current master's student or recent graduate in ABA or a closely related field (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years related RBT experience will be considered
- BCaBAs are also encouraged to apply
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Cleared TB test and background screening
- Up-to-date immunizations
- Completion of CA LiveScan and background check
- Generally available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM (master's coursework accommodated with verification)
