Job Summary
Lead and coordinate multiple IT projects and development initiatives involving system procurement, implementation, and lifecycle management. Manage parallel assignments, develop governance materials, and monitor timelines, costs, and risks while reporting status to management and steering committees. Coordinate internal resources, external suppliers, and business stakeholders to ensure structured delivery of IT systems and process improvements. Requires fluent Swedish and at least four years of experience leading IT projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience within the last 10 years leading IT projects or IT assignments
- Proven responsibility for monitoring time, cost, and delivery results
- Experience reporting to steering committees and management
- Experience leading and coordinating other team members
- Experience working within IT project and/or IT service management environments
- Experience coordinating multiple IT initiatives and stakeholders
- Strong project planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent Swedish, both written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with procurement and implementation of enterprise IT systems
- Experience managing externally acquired systems and external suppliers
- Experience with IT system lifecycle management and upgrades
- Experience with IT infrastructure or technical environments
- Experience with information and IT security initiatives
- Experience improving IT processes, support models, or delivery procedures
