Job Summary
Mid-level Intelligence Management Specialist focused on Technical Requirements for a government client. Responsible for planning and managing J2 IT requirements to deliver secure, survivable intelligence IT capabilities, maintaining COOP readiness, managing intelligence software applications (requirements, justifications, installation), and coordinating future IT system planning with J3/J6. Documents intelligence requirements/architecture, captures customer needs, advocates capabilities, and maintains the architecture. Requires at least 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or 12 years total experience in lieu of degree); TS/SCI with CI Poly or ability to obtain is required. Benefits include healthcare, retirement, tuition assistance, and a salary range of $95,000–$130,000.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years.
- Shall perform, document, and track J2 tasks including planning and management of J2 IT requirements to provide secure, assured, survivable intelligence communications and computer systems.
- Ensure COOP facilities are maintained in a 'ready for operations' configuration.
- Assist in managing intelligence/software applications including requirements, justifications, and installation.
- Conduct future intelligence IT system planning in coordination with J3 and J6.
- Document intelligence requirements/architecture, capture customer needs, advocate capabilities, and maintain/improve architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university; an additional 4 years of experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
- Security clearance TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one.
