Job Summary
Mid Integrated Designer (Remote in Mexico) responsible for creating and adapting designs for content across a global B2B activation campaign. Work includes integration and implementation across web, point-of-sale, social content, print, and digital marketing, adhering to brand guidelines and templates, managing multiple projects to quality, timing, and consistency. Communicate progress internally and to clients, present work, stay current with design trends, and demonstrate strong typography, layout, and idea-generation. Must have 3+ years in integrated design, a robust portfolio (digital, banners, emails, landing pages, in-store materials, collateral, icons, infographics, brochures, campaigns), proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.), and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Integrated Designer in an advertising agency, in-house creative team, or design studio, delivering integrated digital campaigns
- A rich portfolio of relevant work examples - digital, banners, emails, landing pages, in-store, event materials, collateral, icons, infographics, brochures, and campaigns
- A keen sense of personal responsibility for the quality control, presentation, and accuracy of all work
- Solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies
- Brand identity, visual systems, and campaign identities as real working experience
- Experience working with manufacturing/industrial/b2b
- A portfolio demonstrating your ideas through to execution
- A passion for digital trends and interaction / animation design
- Deep affinity with layout, typography, and ideas-generation
- Proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and associated prototyping
- A team player and possess the ability to build strong and effective working relationships
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A portfolio comprised of traditional and digital, design, and interaction design work
- Willingness to accept feedback and iterate over designs in a highly-collaborative, low-ego team environment
- Strong ability to adapt to global workflows and project management tools
