Job Summary
Mid Geospatial Research Analyst to support a Federal Government client. Responsibilities include: applying geospatial analytical techniques including spatial modeling, remote sensing interpretation, and GIS-based risk assessments; coordinating geospatial data collection and curation; validating and aligning data with metadata governance and interoperability standards; contributing to the Geospatial Research Insights Report detailing methodologies and operational applications of geospatial intelligence; engaging with customers to understand analytic requirements; working with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems and data steward tools. Qualifications emphasize experience in geospatial analytics, all-source intelligence methodologies, AI/ML data quality and stewardship, collaboration with data providers, and production of geospatial analytic products in DoD contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, GIS, Remote Sensing, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics or closely related field; or 5+ years of minimal experience creating geospatial analytic products or supporting DoD geospatial and all-source analysis and production; Certifications in Esri GIS or related technologies are advantageous but not required
