Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs while collaborating with front-end developers to deliver end-to-end solutions. Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed and reliability, ensuring application performance, security, and scalability. Participate in code reviews, contribute to engineering best practices, and maintain production systems to resolve issues as required. This Mid Front End Developer role supports large-scale government operations by leveraging cutting-edge technology to visualize data where proximity and location matter.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or a STEM-related field
- 3+ years of experience with web design and web front-end development
- Proven web design/development experience using HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript and JavaScript
- Experience with front-end development libraries, such as React, Angular, Vue, etc.
- Background building high availability and high scalability solutions
- Active or Current (within two years of active) Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
Desired Qualifications
- Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or STEM-related field
- Esri certification
- CompTIA Security + certification
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices and secure development pipelines
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
