Job Summary
Mid-Enterprise Account Executive responsible for full-cycle sales in a hybrid, multi-city role (Lehi, UT; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA). Manage and close complex deals typically ranging from $100K to $200K+ ARR within enterprise segments (1,000–10,000 employees). Generate pipeline with SDRs/marketing and self-sourced outbound (20–30%). Secure foundational partnerships with Fortune 500 and Forbes Cloud 100 companies using value-based selling. Become AI subject matter expert on Rocketlane and Nitro, aiming for Product Admin certification via Rocketlane Academy. Navigate multi-threaded enterprise environments with Post-Sales, Customer Success, and Services Leadership. Provide product/market feedback as we explore new sub-verticals. Requires 6–14 years SaaS sales experience, growth environment exposure, and a preference for degrees. Base salary $100K–$125K with OTE $200K–$250K; ~25% travel; equity package. Location: Hybrid in Lehi, UT; NYC; or San Francisco, CA.
Required Qualifications

- Experience with AI/agentic automation and platform integrations
- Discipline in territory strategy, discovery, and commercial negotiation
- Background in Big Tech with startup success or startup experience
- Degrees are preferred
