Job Summary
Mid-Corporate Portfolio Manager role within Wells Fargo's Commercial Banking Gaming team. Responsible for underwriting new transactions as part of a deal team, building and analyzing financial models, sizing debt capacity and covenant headroom, producing in-depth credit analyses and credit approval memos, conducting due diligence on financial statements and third-party reports, reviewing term sheets and credit agreements, coordinating closings and funding mechanics, and managing portfolios through quarterly reviews and risk monitoring. Must facilitate amendments and waivers, monitor market trends, and integrate AI tools into underwriting workflows to drive efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Mid-Corporate Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education
