Job Summary
Executive Director, Mid-Cap Investment Banking Business Management partnering with senior leaders across Global Banking and Global Investment Banking to manage and optimize business performance. Responds quickly to time-sensitive deliverables, leveraging analytical capabilities to provide strategic guidance, and solving evolving business issues with strong relationship management and execution. Roles include advising on strategy, defining and tracking KPIs and leadership metrics, preparing materials for reviews, building product and business knowledge to analyze datasets, leading cross-functional initiatives with product/technology/risk/legal/finance, and driving reporting modernization and automated dashboards across regions and lines of business.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10+ years in Business Management/COO, Investment Banking, Strategy, or Consulting
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including executive-quality presentations; familiarity with Tableau, Sigma, Qlik, or similar tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; executive-level storytelling; strong relationship-building across functions
- Self-starter who balances big-picture thinking with detail; able to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
