Job Summary
Conduct all-source analysis and fusion of biometric and identity intelligence data to identify individuals, networks, and threat activities for DoD and IC missions. Produce analytic reports and briefings for senior leaders and military personnel while utilizing tools such as BI2R/I2AR, Palantir, and TIDE. Apply advanced Identity Intelligence tradecraft to assess modalities including fingerprints, DNA, iris, facial, and behavioral patterns. Coordinate production with senior analysts and support CONUS and OCONUS operations, including potential six-month deployments and 24/7 mission environments. Requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance and ten years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum ten (10) years relevant experience
- six (6) years acceptable with a Bachelor's Degree
- Strong research, writing, and analytical tradecraft skills
- Expertise in Identity Intelligence methodologies and data exploitation techniques
- Experience with key analytical systems (BI2R/I2AR, Palantir, BAT, TIDE, QLIX, etc.)
- Proven ability to synthesize data and deliver actionable intelligence assessments
- Strong interpersonal and briefing skills with ability to interact across multiple intelligence disciplines
- Willingness and ability to deploy OCONUS for extended assignments
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced, mission-critical environments
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required prior to start
- Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner
- May include lifting weight up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary
