Job Summary
Lead requirement gathering sessions, develop dashboards and analytical workflows, and perform advanced statistical or predictive analysis to support mission-critical insights. Produce detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and process diagrams while conducting gap analysis and building cost-benefit/risk models. Evaluate alternatives, produce decision briefs, and clearly communicate technical findings to technical teams and program leadership. Contribute to data governance, security, and automation initiatives within a federal enterprise multi-domain data ecosystem. This independent role involves structured problem-solving and client-facing communication for a national security agency partner.
Required Qualifications
- Strong SQL, Python, and analytical modeling skills
- Experience with dashboards and BI tools (e.g. Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, MS365/Power Platform)
- Experience performing quantitative, predictive, or decision analysis
- Independent client-facing communication, requirements facilitation and structured problem-solving
- Ability to synthesize complex datasets and communicate insights clearly
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, CS, engineering, math, economics, or related field
- 3+ years professional analytical experience
- U.S. Citizen — Secret or TS/SCI eligible
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Work Location: National Capital Region
- On-client site with potential for hybrid telework
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cloud analytics environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience supporting federal clients or mission environments
- Familiarity with ML, forecasting, or decision science frameworks
- Intermediate certifications (GSEC, Security+, SSCP); or advanced certifications (CCISO, CISM, CISSP, GSLC)
