MID Account Management Support Specialist

The MID Account Management Support Specialist role provides internal coordination, analytics, and operational support to MID Account Managers to enable effective customer relationships and service delivery. Responsibilities include triaging and coordinating resolution of account issues across internal teams, developing internal summaries and documentation (SOPs, reference materials), monitoring pharmacy and dispensary metrics, maintaining awareness of payer dynamics and MID contracts, and producing internal business insights, ROI analyses, and performance trackers. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and knowledge sharing to ensure consistent execution, readiness for implementations, and scalable support for MID accounts. Requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in pharmacy operations or related advisory/analytic roles; 4+ years of relevant experience is common, and a 4-year degree is preferred. Working conditions are predominantly computer-based with remote eligibility and limited travel, across the United States; location flexibility is offered with a hybrid option for certain locations (e.g., DFW area). The compensation range is $83,300–$138,900 and may include additional incentives.
