MICU RN responsible for continuous assessment, implementing evidence-based interventions, managing ventilators and titrating drips, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and educating patients’ families. The MICU RN ensures accurate documentation, upholds safety and infection-control standards, and supports quality improvement. Required Qualifications
- RN license in good standing
- MICU/ICU nursing experience preferred
- ventilator management experience preferred
