Job Summary
Lead design, development, optimization, and governance of enterprise BI solutions using MicroStrategy. Design and architect enterprise BI solutions; develop and maintain MicroStrategy metadata, schemas, cubes, reports, dossiers, and dashboards; define BI architecture standards, governance processes; optimize report performance and SQL generation; collaborate with Data Engineers and Architects on data warehouse and semantic layer design; support enterprise reporting environments, security configurations, and user access management; lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for platform or reporting issues; participate in requirement gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders; ensure scalability, maintainability, and reliability of BI solutions; mentor developers and provide technical leadership to the BI team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with MicroStrategy
- Strong experience with MicroStrategy Architecture, Intelligence Server, and administration
- Hands-on experience with: Dossiers, Intelligent Cubes, Schema Objects, Report Services, Attributes, Facts, Metrics, and Transformations
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
- Experience troubleshooting performance and scalability issues
- Strong understanding of BI governance and enterprise analytics environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams
- Advanced English communication skills
