Job Summary
Full-time MicroStation Survey Technician in our Phoenix office responsible for preparing right-of-way plans, boundary plats, exhibits, topographic mapping and digital terrain models for public projects; reduce survey field data, perform records research, and compile site-related information; work within the Public Land Survey System, title commitments, easements, Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards, and municipal submittal requirements; proficient in MicroStation and OpenRoads or InRoads; effective verbal and written communication skills; LSIT certification preferred but not required; associates degree in Land Surveying preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years land surveying experience in an office position.
