Job Summary
Lead the development, deployment, and management of SIM tooling services within the Executive Director's Office of the Veterans Health Administration, aligning them with strategic goals and business needs. Oversee integration and optimization of Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 tools to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making. Implement DevOps practices using Azure DevOps for automation and continuous integration/delivery while managing SQL databases to ensure robust data integrity. Collaborate with VHA leadership and project teams to support critical business processes, provide regular reports on project outcomes and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with IT governance and budgeting requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem tools, including Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), SharePoint, and Dynamics 365
- DevOps practices
- Azure DevOps
- continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD)
- SQL database management
