Microsoft Technical Consultant - English + Polish

Technical Consultant role supporting Microsoft in SMB Assessments focused on Cloud Migration, Copilot Adoption and Security. Requires strong communication skills and attention to detail to guide customers through deployment of Assessment tools and to define roadmaps for adopting Microsoft Cloud technologies. Must be fluent in English and Polish and able to engage with stakeholders from IT staff to business decision makers. Responsibilities include engagement with stakeholders, discovery, analysis, presentation of key insights and actionable recommendations, cross-team coordination, tracking in internal systems, and delivering workshops for AI adoption. Key technical skills include cloud services (Azure, M365/O365), SAAS products, Windows/Linux administration, networking, PowerShell, AD, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, and familiar certifications (AZ900, MS900, AI900, SC900). Desirable experience includes discovery/Assessment platforms and delivering customer workshops; ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
