Job Summary
Technical Consultant to support Microsoft Assessments focused on Cloud Migration, Copilot Adoption and Security for SMB customers; responsibilities include engaging stakeholders, discovery, analysis, presenting key insights and actionable recommendations, cross-team coordination, and delivering all components of an Assessment using tools such as Dr.Migrate, Unifycloud and CSAT; role demands strong English proficiency, customer-facing communications, and IT/cloud experience.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English (C2 level)
- 1-2 years IT service/support
- Technical experience in cloud services or SAAS products such as M365, O365, Azure, Copilot or cloud services competitors (Google Workspace, AWS)
- Customer or client-facing experience and ability to present
- Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with IT administration topics (Windows/Linux OS, Networking)
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V)
- Certifications such as AZ900, MS900, AI900, SC900 (desirable)
