Job Summary
Technical Consultant to support Microsoft Assessment tools and guide customers in adopting Microsoft Cloud technologies. Responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders, defining discovery platforms, performing analysis, delivering assessment reports and actionable recommendations, presenting findings to customers and partners, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and conducting workshops for AI adoption. Requires strong communication, project management, and customer-facing skills, plus experience with cloud services (Azure, Copilot, M365/O365) and Microsoft ecosystem. Must reside in Kraków area, be fluent in English and German, and have 1-2 years of IT service/support experience. No visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- C2 level of English proficiency
- Technical experience in cloud services or SAAS products such as M365, O365, Azure, Copilot (at least 1 of them) or cloud services competitors of Microsoft, such as Google Workspace or AWS
- Customer or client-facing experience, making presentations
- Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem
- 1-2 years IT service/support, seeking to leverage those skills in an analytic role
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data
- Demonstrated ability to manage a queue of projects concurrently with little supervision – project & time management, coordination, status updates, etc
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with discovery and assessment platforms such as Azure Migrate,Dr.Migrate, Unifycloud and CSAT
- Deliver of Workshops and sessions to customers
- Any area(s) of IT, Systems Administration, Windows or Linux OS, Networking
- Relevant Skills: Networking and Administration for Windows / Windows Server OS and Linux; PowerShell; Active Directory, DNS, DHCP; Virtualization Technologies (e.g., VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V)
- Passed certifications such as AZ900 , MS900 , AI900 , SC900
